Hello CCJHA Families,
It’s time to let you know about two exciting updates!
- We have moved to a new website for this season. You can find our new website at ccjha.ca. Please head to this new site for any 2024-25 information. As we familiarize ourselves with this new website, there will most likely be some bumps along the way, so we ask for your patience.
- It is almost time for registration to open! We are hoping to open registration for the 2024-25 season on Wednesday, July 3. All the necessary information and links will be found at ccjha.ca, although there will not be a registration form available until July 3.
- A few things you will want to know before registration opens:
- Information for the season, including division information and fees, can be found under the “About Us” tab at ccjha.ca.
- Please note that the Early Bird Rate will apply for July, the Regular Rate will apply from August 1-15, and the Late Fee will apply after August 15.
- Aside from the usual information (name, date of birth, grade, etc.), you will need your child’s Personal Health Number, as well as your doctor’s name and phone number at the time of registration.
- You will need to pay your registration fee via credit card, e-transfer, or cheque at the time of registration.
- All registration information will be sent via email on Tuesday, July 2.
